Let's get started, some of you out there have been meditating a long time, however sitting down in a chair for meditation is just an exercise in resistance. When you think about mediation, or getting situated, just breathe, and as you breathe start using colors to bring in through your breathwork. Then sit in the chair. It tells your body what is coming, and allows other energy in your space that was requiring your attention to back away as you are ready to meditated. Now that you are in your comfy chair, use noises and other distractions to get you into that meditative state. Climb into that sixth or seventh chakra at the top of your head and set the space for your meditation. Sometimes its just breathing, sometimes its a theme, sometimes its just calling in your higher self, that bigger you into your mediation space and collaborating on your next steps.
